RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, AND SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of Delivery for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders to our online returns department.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags, panty liners and accessories attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
SALE ITEMS
Sale and marked down items of 20% off or more are not eligible for refund, only eligible for exchange, or store credit.
"Final Sale" items are not refundable, nor eligible for an exchange.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by BY NIZZA LLC . Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To start a return, you can contact us at shopbynizza@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please securely repackage your items in the same packaging (or comparable package) you have received your item. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM.
Be sure to include the RETURN/EXCHANGE form with your name, address and order number or customer number, indicating the items you are returning and any other pertinent information. We are always striving to understand how we can better serve you, so please note any reasons you may have for returning your item.
We do not offer return shipping labels at this time. We suggest purchasing tracking and insurance as we can not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at BY NIZZA Returns Department within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once
Useful Return Tips
Please try swimwear on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to ensure that your refund or exchange is properly processed.
